I order quite often now because I am seriously ill. There has never been a problem before. But the last three orders I always missed something. Please let them put it there properly.. It can! :(

Support is useless, application is trash
I've ordered the food with wrong number, just after that I realized that my phone number is old, I have updated it with correct one (~1 hour before courier has arrived) and their system doesn't have hot order updates (pretty easy to implement) so the courier couldn't reach me. Instead of trying to contact support and notify them that it was not possible to deliver the order he just marked it as delivered. I couldn't contact the support center for some time for some reason (the button for chat just didn't appear). After a few restart of the application the button for support chat has appeared. Once I contacted the support they blamed me that I have used wrong number (I think that hot updates absence is their technical problem, not my fault). Nevertheless the support said that courier is on the way but it had never been delivered. I've wrote to consumer service and that haven't replied me as well so I haven't received my money back. I'm going to write a complain to consumer right protection. Absolutely trash service and buggy application. Do not recommend this at all.

Disgusting methods
An app that invites you to pay a subscription for the Foodora PRO version directly in the restaurant's menu to get a discount and free shipping. So you give it a try and pay PRO, only to find out that oops, free shipping doesn't apply to this restaurant. Filth and disgust these methods. I start the car and drive myself 🤮
