It's annoying that you can't use tickets without installing an app with permissions like location access and other permissions. Would discourage me from using Dice as a provider in the future.

Lots of issues with the app
So many things need to get fixed here. Ticked transfer is a mess. Can't search friends on the search bar. Very often the transfer ticket is filled with bugs (I sent a ticket to a friend and when I wanted to get another one for myself the app wouldn't let me. Then friend got one for me and the app wouldn't let him transfer bc it showed I already had one, and I didn't)

Do not use, zero customer service
The concert I purchased had a artist lineup change I reached out to cancel the event came and went and nobody refunded the tickets or even contacted me, do not trust this app as a source to purchase tickets

Don't like being forced to install an app just to use the tickets I already paid for! Uninstall directly!

Bad Customer Service
App glitched saying “error” every time I tried to purchase a ticket. A few minutes goes by and I get a notification from my bank that I was charged $200. I tell Dice about it and request a refund… they message me back the day of the event telling me that they can't give me a refund and I should try to resell the tickets (the event isn't sold out yet). Super frustrating never using this app again.

It's virtually impossible to resell your tickets if you can't attend an event. The functionality of the app that would allow you to put the ticket on the waiting list seems like a farce, for now it has not been available for any sold out event for which I had a ticket. Impossible with DICE to use Ticketswap, a system that in any case controls scalping and allows you to resell or buy tickets from other users without stress.

You have to have the mathematical certainty of participating in the events otherwise you lose money. The waitlist feature is never active. Very bad, other apps work much better.

Looks nice but never opens link
The app looks nice but whenever someone sends me a dice link, it opens the app and the event doesn't come up. Super annoying Update April 21, 2024: I updated the app and this problem still exists. The event links don't open up the actual page. Really annoying. Please fix!
