I'm jealous of those who complain about casting or freezing. When I log in I get a blank white screen. I contacted customer service and they told me it was because my receiver wasn't compatible. I tried to point out that the app is supposed to give me access to on-demand if the receiver isn't compatible, but they insisted that I'd need a new receiver for the app to function. This is a junk app from a junk company that advertises plan upgrades when you seek technical support.

The worst streaming app I've ever tried to use, IV had Dish net. Since 2002 & I have recently cancelled my account do to constant price hicks, & I have never been able to use the dish anywhere app do to the constant freezing & buffering & this is the worst streaming app I've ever tried to use, I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISH STREAMING APP UNLESS YOU ENJOY A BUFFERING CIRCLE ON A BLACK SCREEN

Cannot even sign into this app. I enter user ID and password and it just goes to a white screen and even after waiting 15 minutes nothing loads! Worthless!

Horrible

App just buffers non stop, freezes then black screen then crashes whether it's live programming or DVR. Then I exit app and go to the channel app (such as ABC or hallmark) and it's smooth as silk. Not me, not my WiFi - totally a defective app from dish.
