Keep playing from the beginning;
I can't save it until I see the video. When I go back into the app and press the video I'm watching, it keeps playing from the beginning;

Broken, please fix!!!
This app was working perfectly; but then they forced us all to update, and the new version is defective! It refuses to display my full watchlist! Seems they've limited the number of items you can have on your watchlist, and any additional ones have been made invisible. They remain on the watchlist; but I can't actually see them until I delete other items to shorten my list. What a STUPID THING TO DO! I wish developers would stop messing around with their apps just for the sake of it. There's no need for all these updates. When you have something that works, LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!!

Start a series, watch a series, close the app, reopen the app and search for where you were in the series..... the same game every time, what do I pay a subscription for if I always have to search for the episode and the job ?

You deleted all the profiles from my account, only because a certain month I didn't pay for my subscription... I'm no longer my series, I'm no longer my profile, a profile that I cherished enormously... I don't love you, you hurt people, you're bad people...

Too many bugs
The app is packed with annoying bugs that make you either not allowed to log in or change your departure code or anything else. It's sku a ummer

So much great content from a multi-billion dollar company in an app that is unusable. Forget the search function on tablet if you enjoy your sanity. Forget rewinding on any platform because you are likely to freeze up the video. The auto play never stops. Woke up once in the at the end of a movie that I was eager to watch even though I hadn't selected that movie when I fell asleep.

I do love the content included on Disney's platform. However, the functionality of their app requires urgent attention. On my Smart TV, episodes tend to freeze for a few seconds at a time if I move through the app too quickly. This does not happen with Showmax or DSTV stream. I then have to exit the app and try again, or else I will be watching bits and pieces of the episode where the sound and the picture do not align.
