Highly recommend anyone who needs care to avoid this company. They waited over a year to bill our insurance for my wife. Obviously this didn't fly and the claim was denied. This then leads the patient to be stuck with the bill. Tried calling and escalating the situation multiple times, staff are unable to resolve the issue. I had an appointment through them for May. However, because of these issues, I will be cancelling it.

there's a bunch of bugs in the app itself (for example, I can't add my or my family medical history), but my experiences with the doctors have been great & the ability to see a doctor quickly when there's none available local is huge.

Their service does not seem set up for long term care so it seems odd that they offer therapy services. I signed up hoping to find a new therapist for weekly sessions only to find that their providers don't have availability until a month out. I'm sure this service is great for a quick one time doctors appointment, but don't expect to ever see that provider again.

If the system works like it says it would be a wonderful system. But since it keeps sending me to urgent care instead of primary care I keep getting cut off from talking to any doctors.

Warning for the Therapy
I do not recommend turning to this app seeking therapy. I will say I have seen a few therapists on this app now and the best it got was surface venting. My first two therapist were okay, the last two straight up rejected me with no explanation. In addition, I still have no explanation from the support team or provider, nothing. There is no way of reporting or even rating providers, only opening cases with their support team (which I will say have been helpful for me in the past), and have still provided no real reasoning as to why these last two therapists rejected me when it happened, I was simply informed that my appointments were cancelled and my money refunded. I also had a straightforward and good experience with my psychiatrist I saw on this app to fill in the gaps for getting approved medications like my beta blockers for performance anxiety. Being dropped by my second therapist from this app after having been on the books for over three days and they cancelled my appointment an hour before my scheduled time is not okay and unprofessional. This also after trying to set up with a therapist before them only to met with being told not to see them again either after having connection issues and them also cancelling trying to set up a second appointment. I am beyond disappointed, frustrated, and sad because it was one of the only affordable options I had at my disposal to be able to talk to anyone with a discount as an Instacart shopper for their shorter therapy times. Being in such a bad place mentally these rejections from those who claim to want to help has been that much harder to heal from low self-worth and abandonment issues. Look elsewhere for therapy please, if I can help even one person in a similar position to mine not waste their time/money/disheartenment on this hollow and under developed chunk of what they're supposed to provide. I am again speaking on the therapy options provided, as I have not used the app for routine checkups or the like, and that part of it may very well be up to snuff, but your risk in a vulnerable mental state is high to turn to them for any significant and true help for therapy.

Multiple poor experiences. Did not provide any real service. Will not delete my account because it's "medical charts" even tho a Doctor could not be bothered to see me. Shoulder shrugging "oh well" responses after days. Not for anyone seeking any kind of mental health assistance. Never felt more hopeless. Thanks.

Glitchy
The app sometimes won't let you get on for your appointment and then they won't give you your money back for a no show. When it's there fault
