should send washers to deliver 1 order at a time not multiple it causes the drivers to lose tips Maki. patrons wait longer cuz other orders delivered first causes loss of tips. I only tip 1 dollar on an order on my card. I tip additional cash money depending on service n length of time if other orders delivered before mine. many tips lost due to Doordarshan having no concept on how to deliver.

This platform, I super bad, and horrible, they take advantage of you, they pay the minimum rate to Dasher and they keep all the money for themsefl is unsafe. I hate this app I hate door dash

Finally Uninstalled this money pit. My last dasher was literally assigned from the next city over. Took 20 mins just to get to the store. Then they took my food to the gas station with them before confirming they picked it up. The food was ice cold, how is a crispy chicken sandwich gonna be floppy and ice cold. At least this time they didnt pick up multiple orders, usually they do. Save your money yall.

I travel for a living and refuse to use Door dash unless it's the only option in my area, even after walking to get crappier food than is available on the app. This company gives the absolute worst customer service and treats the customers as if they're lying when they do nothing to screen their drivers who regularly steal orders or forget items. I had a rolling credit on my account for almost a year before I gave up because my orders were always wrong. Save your time, skip door dash, go GrubHub

DoorDash didn't deliver my food for two hours. The food was ruined by that point and they refused to give me a refund. The customer service rep was rude, told me to basically eat the food anyway and then ended the chat.

I ordered something on4/19 however when the order arrived it wasn't what I ordered and items were missing they wouldn't even refund me or give me credit for the missing items
