Poor service I been tryna get help for a few days and customer service seems to be in such a big hurry and didn't get the issue tooken care of.. so it is only giving me 2 options to dash at which is downtown Columbus and university I am tryna dash is Grove city an hilltop Columbus area but instead of it saying dash now it says SCHEDULE.

It was cool at first but this month has been full of glitches and unavailability and just not giving orders for whatever area I'm closest to and it's extremely frustrating whatever ya'll did with the new update didn't fix anything it made it worse

They treat their workers like non employee (nec) non emedployee compensation, they don't withhold fed tax that at the end of the year u owe taxes and u have to have a 90% acceptance rating or they will deactivate u, they put a lot if violations on u if ur 5 min late
