Please! Quality Control by children
Photo uploads are now snail slow. Most of my files are missing... no indication of them being updated or syncing or a data wheel turning... just says folder is empty.... been waiting four hours now no files... is quality control just an out dated concept? Where are my files? Offline files all gone. Update: now photo uploads stall after 2 photos. Rebooting the phone gives the ability to load 2 more before stalling again Update: for some reason the developers have decided to get rid of the refresh function. So when the app bombs out there is no way to refresh the view… Why would you eliminate the refresh function?

Great that it syncs photos. It's awful that it won't actually sync unless battery is over 20%, and there is no way to override this. Users have been requesting this for years, but DB rarely changes anything nor have I seen any app improvements. Time to look seriously at Box.

Disabled account
I have had my account for more then 5 years now and I pay for the 2tb option and everything has been fine and then one day without notice I can't log in and it says my account is disabled. And when I try and contact customer support I get nothing I have sent countless messages both on twitter and through email and nothing yet it's been a whole week now. So I have canceled my subscription because I can't even access my account. This is just horrible lots of important file and information that I have kept for the past 5 years are just gone as of right now

No download to device or save to device option any more, rendering the service pretty unusable on android.

When it works, its great. But I constantly have issues with saved videos not wanting to play and the vault just being terrible. The Vault has to lock you out what feels like every 4-5 minutes and its crazy annoying. Please fix this. Right now none of the videos I have throughout dropbox are playable for no reason.

Latest update has now stopped allowing .mov and .MP4 files to be played on phone. Help says have a 3rd party app but theses files work if local, so it feels like Dropbox app rather than not having a player.
