Why do I even get the option to say "yes this is my device" if it still requires me to approve it every. Single. Time. All it does is make logging in a NIGHTMARE. It's ridiculous. 0/10 recommend

I cannot log in to my account. My phone is broken and the system can't find google account that would let me access duo mobile. What a garbage app. I am totally locked in my instagram account.

Ditto on what several others have said! This app is Garbage! Had to get a new phone and it will not let me log in. Our internet is down at work today, of course a few days after me getting this new phone, so I can not log into my work email or our schedule. Nothing because we are borrowing wifi from an joining business until ours is fixed after 2pm today!! This is so beyond frustrating!! You guys should have this set up a ton better! It should just send a text to the SAME phone . 🤬

Duo Mobile works with Duo Security's two-factor authentication service to make logins more secure. The application generates passcodes for login and can receive push notifications for easy, one-tap authentication on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.

Additionally, you can use Duo Mobile to manage two-factor authentication for other application and web services that make use of passcodes.

Note: For Duo accounts, Duo Mobile needs to be activated and linked to your account before it will work. You will receive an activation link as part of Duo's enrollment process. You may add third-party accounts at any time.
