If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
Previous app worked really well and had a great UX. This new one, nothing works (Rewards tab, can't see my plan, shop, add ons or anything). Woulda given it 0 stars if possible. Bit like EE's signal over the last couple of months, this app is just awful.

OMG WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? This app used to work perfectly before you messed it up. Trying so hard to be polite. Its sh*te. Had to go onto a computer to do something that used to take seconds. Please change it back. Nightmare!

Loads up and I have a single plans and subscriptions button that opens a blank page. Useless really.

Utter rubbish update. There was nothing wrong with the old version so why 'fix' something that wasn't broken? Your Test Manager needs a slap.

Opened for the first time in a while today, I had to refresh multiple times to see anything in almost every page, and I was just wondering why I'm almost out of battery: the EE app has been using battery in the background for the last 2:24 hours, out of the total 2:30 that it's been open
