Suggestions: Enable map view on the app, and refine filters. Give option to choose distance from postcode. Right now, the search results are just too many, with no option to refine by distance. I have to go through 35 pages of search results. I can't do it of course because it's time consuming. I will have no choice but to uninstall.

This is one of those completely worthless apps that makes life difficult for the user and does nothing good. Instead of mailing the tickets directly, the venue sends them here. Now there's another security risk and app that can break between me and the tickets.

Tickets bought, but they are not yet available Help page switches to English, without possibility to reserve aif German. I hope the tickets will come. After that, I will avoid ordering more tickets through this. Complicated, user-unfriendly.

Absolutely awful customer service. They charge CAD$40 a month for their most basic service and I am unable to speak with support or cancel my subscription. I tried calling their call centre and the call did not connect. Never again.

Booked event and asked to login to app ... Doesn't show my tickets anywhere... Feels like a scam .. event postponed but can't contact anyone for refund because my tickets aren't there to apply for refund
