Terrible search function. Even when I put my location on and select a very specific city in the UK, it shows events even 80 miles away, so I see 8000 events in the next two weeks most of which are completely useless for me.

Nothing but tech issues!
I couldn't find my tickets even though I can see them on web. I couldn't even contact support because it kept telling me to disable my popups. I'm on your mobile app — there are no popups. Is this app supposed to be a joke?

Missing Features
I am disappointed that the app has least features than online. The app does not give the options to filter the searches & this extremely frustrating. It's the reason that I don't really utilize the app as often as online.

Overrun with obvious abusers. Unmoderated to the point of uselessness. The events you WANT to see, do not come up in search, or are buried behind pages of scams. You're MUCH better off googling aimlessly and rolling the dice there.
