Worst ever Experience with Evri Services. They lost my Ebay parcel and am trying to complain about it, No one us available for my lost parcel enquiry. In Chat they said we will be in touch with you in 24 hours and it is 14 days gone but no response i have refunded to buyer his amount i have lost my item and evri also charged me when i buy their service. At the end just i am the person who bear loss only. I will suggest Royal mail to guys, don't waste your time and money Thanks

The only thing is where are all my items from Temu, Temu has sent me my item but the item has been with you for so long, the only thing you saying is been on the way for so long and when has I call nobody answered.

Won't recognise parcelshop receipt. Email dev several weeks ago to report the issue, no response. After entering the receipt number several times, it finally gets recognised. Well annoying.

unfortunately in three weeks time 4 parcel has lost on half way with evri. Customer waiting and i am as sellers loosing. Contact to evri robot answers without any help and their phone number also not helpful at all. disappointed

Worst experience. I had to return the order. Requested for pick up and paid for it. No one came and when i checked it said that i didnt want it to be picked up. I reached out and they gave me option to drop at parcelshop. I dropped there on Wednesday 17th july. Until now its not picked up from there. Since its not returned in time. I have to pay for things which i dont even have. Extremely poor customer service
