Pointless having it. Gives the option of choosing a reliable neighbour for your package to be left with, but you still come home to find your package just left in your front garden & classed as in a safe place. Anyone could have taken it.

Non delivery
Was supposed to be delivered between 15.30-17.30 as of now no parcel I have delayed a day of my holidays to wait in for this and I am greatly disappointed Marilyn Doherty

The worst experiece ever. I've been told to pick up my parcel from the collection point as it was showing delivered. Went there twice, no parcel found and then I found out that it has been sent back to sender. Awful service, wouldn't recommend Evri to anyone.

Incompetent app
A parcel that I bought from eBay had Evri as a courier so I thought I should download the app to track my parcel. The problem started when I signed up and they sent a confirmation email. I clicked the link in the email and selected the ‘I've pressed the link' button on the app. It then wouldn't let me through and even when I sent it again and did the exact same thing it wouldn't let me. I tried signing into the app again and then it told me ‘something went wrong'. Trying again a couple hours later I then receive an email from Evri telling me that there is ‘suspicious activity' from my account and that they blocked my IP. This is a problem that they have caused and they are punishing me for it! I don't usually review apps but this is an exception due to how infuriated I am all because I wanted to track my parcel.
