They delivered my order to wrong state. Two days before I had two orders that came and the boxes were badly damaged. Hoping I get my product that was delivered to the wrong state replaced.

Worst app ever
Fed Ex app is useless. Most of the time I get error messages. Get notification that my package has arrived but it hasn't. Signed up for notification of final deliver but get updates say rescheduled for earlier deliver when actually it's just arriving at another Fed Ex hub. Can't stand when someone sends us something via Fed Ex. Always a nightmare.

Received a tag about an attempt to deliver. Tried to download the application but FedEx wouldn't let me enroll in its tracking system. I CANNOT FIND A WAY TO LET THOSE F'ING A55HOLES AT FEDEX KNOW WHAT I WANT THEM TO DO WITH MY PACKAGE.

FedEx should fire their entire Software Engineering team
Have never had a worse customer experience with a website, both mobile and desktop version, and application. Very little works. I can sign in, but can't add a tracked package to my account, and that's the first of many issues. Everything is buggy. Terrible UX, nonsensical pathways you have to follow through different resources to get to something incredibly basic. Awful. Confusing and frustrating.

Use to be the best real time delivery notifications but last update must have bug it!!! Please fix thanks.
