Fix your app bug! Over a week go to log in and just clock's on opening page. Had to Uninstall and start fresh. Was able to log in and when tried to reopen same thing. Only way to get to work is log out before closing app. Very inconvenient!

like the app but fed ex itself keeps promising packages way too early. it's always off on its predicted date by at LEAST 2 days.

Irritating
It's fine when it works. Sometimes when it doesn't, it's not the fault of the app. My package is scheduled for delivery half an hour ago but hasn't had an update since pickup. Virtual assistant is truly useless. It doesn't support autocorrecting text, and then when you send your question, nothing happens anyway.

Icon randomly disappears
I do like the layout and functionality of this new version, but on several occasions, the app icon and fedex name will be gone. To get it back I go to “edit Home Screen”. It then instantly reappears and then works as it should. Fix this bug and it'll be 5 stars.
