As bad as their customer service
This app has much potential but continues to disappoint every time I use it. Too many issues to spell out but if anyone at FedEX want to chat, give me a shout. My issue today is I cannot create a shipment and label for more than one package in a shipment. Completely ridiculous.

More than once a package says it'll be delivered in 1+ days, but is out for delivery same day. Makes no sense, why is it not in sync?
