This app is glitchy and rarely works properly.

App is useless. Shows packages but will not let you click on them. Error message tells you to try again in a few minutes. Waste of space.

The app always shows an error code when trying to track or login. When it was working it was great, but the app is pretty useless when it won't allow you to track or login.

Honestly it is the first and last time they send me something by Fedex Why? The order does not arrive on time the thousand and takes 6 days late and does not arrive I give 1 star _ I do not recommend Fedex

App went from perfectly adequate to completely useless, and will remain as such until the Delivery Manager login bug is fixed.

Horrible & useless: doesn't give info about shipments to/from user. It doesn't work for creating a shipping label which is the main value of the app promoted and it's the only way to create a barcode for your label to easily scan/print at a drop off location. I tried changing the credit card , the format of my name, nothing. No notification about what was wrong just, "try again in a few minutes"...which I did and IT STILL DIDN'T WORK. No access to customer service or labels you made online.
