Nobody has answered my question completely. You are forced to email them. You cannot call them. I need help adjusting my second payment to the amount that I actually owe. The online portal is showing a higher amount that exceeds the amount owed. This is causing my payment to be rejected as it is stating that the payment cannot be processed.

Flex pay is a great way to pay your rent and it's very helpful when paying so many bills. It helps me from being strapped for money at the beginning on the month. I no longer broke after paying rent. The app itself needs some updating. The font is so big that you can't it all. It's hard to update information as you can't see the submit button. For example, I am moving to a different apartment and can't update the rent amount or complex because I am unable to click on the complex listed because it is hidden. If the page was smaller you see all of the app on the page.

Not a great service
I am honestly not enjoying flex. I thought it was going to allow me to split my rent into two equal payments and in reality it's actually costing me more to use it. Would not not recommend.

Flex Pay is okay tool for rent but their membership fee of $14.99 is too much which should not be accessed or taken out once a month it's a great service to have if you're trying to get back on track.

Flex worked great for the 1st year. But now it doesn't want to except payments. I'm completely fed up with them. Also they don't have a customer service line to help customers.
