It's an improvement to the way it operated in 2020. When I first started using the app, items would take forever to download, also my vehicle would not remote start too many times. Thank you for the upgrades.

I'd really like a paper manual. I've owned this van for 6 months now and still don't know everything it can do and I really have not got the patience or time to wade through the e-manual. Why does it keep asking for updates? Play store just gives.me an Uninstall or Open option so I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and next time it gets opened, it asks again. Is the app really that unstable? That hints at incompetence.

Application that saw it lose its most useful feature: the Security Alert, which alerted via notification when someone entered the vehicle. Now they can safely get into the car and steal it, without any Alert coming. On the other hand, I can see from my mobile phone if the tyre pressure is ok! or the odometer and the range... Things that are useless and can be viewed as soon as you get behind the wheel. I hope they will bring back features like Security Alert with the next update.

Updated 4/23/2024 now I cant see my vehicles. App works like my transmission, broken. Updated 3-2 2022 Just keeps getting worse. Now the app says I need to update it after the most recent update which was today. Truck rattles and clanks on startup app rarely works.

My experience in brief. Infinite loader that prevents me from inserting the vim. I act as a site, I go back to the app and it keeps asking (without loader anymore at least). I add it and it tells me that it already exists preventing me from accessing the app, but it doesn't redirect navigation and I get stuck there forever. I uninstall and reinstall and everything works. I finally log in to the app and they tell me that the fiesta of the 21st is not compatible. All that's left is a nice undefined in place of I guess my name. Thanks eh

nowhere near as good as the Tesla app. The Tesla app let's you know how many KWh you're charging at, it tells you all of your charging stats, it has a map and tells you where your car is parked, if doors are opened or closed, I can send directions from Google maps to it, it plans the route and tells me at what state of charge I will be when I get there. This Ford pass does NONE of that. Add those features and then beat them. Don't settle for mediocrity as an acceptable standard.

(1) Remote lock/unlock requires power door locks. Remote starting requires automatic transmission.
(2) FordPass Connect (optional on select vehicles), the FordPass App and complimentary Connected Service are required for remote features (see FordPass Terms for details). Connected service and features depend on compatible network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features.
