Delaminating pictures

I have been getting pictures from you for the last three or four years. I have been very pleased with them until last year they started to begin to look awful. They were cut off and I compared them to what I had sent and there definitely was t a reason in this world why they should have looked like that. Why I haven't been ordering from youse but in the beginning the work was great so i decided to give it another try. Well I should have forgotten that idea as these pictures are awful. I took a few pictures like these and had them done they were perfect. Now back to where I was the pictures have people cut off and youse never done that in the beginning they were fantastic. The picture of the two girls together don't have and idea what the spots are on them came from they are not on the picture or their dresses but the picture is nothing like that. I am so very disappointed with these pictures as these are the worse I've ever received. I'm sorry to have to write a comment like this but I can't lie nor will I tell you how great they look when they aren't. Thank you for the times I was happy with the results. It was convenient for me especially at my age and health problems but I'll either do without or find a way to go back to where I used to go. False advertisement

I purchased two frames that were expensive because I was under the impression that those frames came with the prints that I chose and found out that I paid all that money just for some frames I could've purchased at Walmart that did not come with the photos I chose. not to mention, I still have not received them. Not happy customer will be returning these frames.
