Increase in monthly payments
I am ANGRY‼️ My monthly payments will be increasing by $27.43/month beginning with my next 6 month installment plan. I HAVE NOT CHANGED ANYTHING IN MY POLICY‼️‼️ No changes or recent auto accidents or fines that would cause an increase in my account Extremely disappointed in your company Kathleen Parks

Confusing and Conflicting Information
I use my app to pay my bill as I'm sure many do. This is the second experience in two months that the amount due and the amount charged is different. It's probably time to shop around after 20 plus years with GEICO, I feel like they are lacking in any customer service and out to just raise rates.

Payment
You've been sending me text emails five or six a day I try to pay and you don't accept my payment and it's the same payment. I paid my premiums with for the last five or six or seven right or 10 years that I bought belong to Geico so if you don't want my payment don't send me 20 text today asking for payment.

Leave Geico
If you want to be protected after having an accident you should leave Geico immediately. I was involved in a no-fault accident, having full coverage and, about 2 to 3 years later, Geico sent me a letter demanding some documents as requirements to continue being insured by them, documents that they did not require when I hired them as my insurance company. car. They gave me a period of around 15 days to provide those documents when I needed more than a month to obtain them, so I immediately hired another insurer. When I had the accident I went to the hospital for an emergency, generating a medical bill of more than $4,500 and now the hospital is charging me more than $1000 because Geico does not want to cover the entire bill.

TOTAL RIP OFF
Premiums keep going up and up and up with no explanation other than “the economy.” I AM A GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE!!!! You are supposed to be Government Employees Insurance Company!!!! Yet you charge me to pay my premiums. Every month I see it has gone up more. My son switched because he had an issue with his auto-pay and was late one day and you DOUBLED his premiums saying he was pending cancellation even though that never happened. You have gone from being the best insurance company to the WORST!!!!

Inaccurate!
This app is TERRIBLE! I've been using it for several months and it regularly dings me when I ride as a passenger with my wife and use my phone. It seems to have no way of differentiating driver v passenger. It also occasionally dings me for a “hard stop” when I'm driving the speed limit and have to stop when a light turns yellow. It almost encourages you to run through the yellow light. The premise is good, but the sensors/design of this app need a lot of work.
