Rubbish sound keeps cutting

Unfortunately unusable
Hi there! I'm a big radio fan and enjoy listening to Heart, Capital and Radio X but unfortunately this app has never worked for me. My iPhone 13 is updated and I have deleted & reinstalled the app multiple times over the last year year. When I open the app, it will play Capital for no more than 10 seconds, pause (without me pressing anything), resume and then pause and crash again. At this point I cannot press any button. The lines & titles keep rolling but the audio is stopped and the app is completely unresponsive, I just have to close it or wait for a forced close to be suggested by my phone. It's really gutting as I was revisiting it this week in hopes of getting a Summertime Ball ticket but I don't think I will be able to! I hope I can sort this out!

Impossible to find what I want to watch/listen to
I have tried this app before. I have seen episodes of podcasts on instagram that I would like to watch. The link in bio takes you to the app, but then the fun starts. You have to register - I can cope with that. Then you have to guess where the item you want to watch might be - the search feature is worse than useless. After ten minutes I've given up. I'll go back to Spotify where I know I can find things I want to listen to. It's all very well developing your own app, but if it isn't fit for purpose there's not much point advertising anything on Instagram.

I had to register and download this app to get tickets for Capital Summertime Ball UK in London. And the app redirects to AXS website. Who's bright idea was to do this to get extra account sign ups? Yeah, no thanks.

Absolutely shameless radio station, Sangita Myska was a phenomenal presenter...now you just have A Gammon in the morning followed by more of the same and never been presenters LBC loosing more and more listeners...

Make it so I can skip forward and backwards a few seconds with my headphones. All podcast apps allow this but not Global Player

When I choose 4 favorite stations, they are not saved even if I press the Save button. When you go back to Home, others appear. Please fix the bug. Thank you
