It's a scam, the products don't arrive, the promised refunds aren't disbursed, be warned, it's an online scam, call center that only responds via chat, and to submit a request for items missing a refund, it's impossible to access, chat, no number to talk to, don't download it, just go and waste money and time

I'm sick of this app. A few situations: 1.The restaurant takes the order. 5 minutes before the scheduled delivery, I get a message about the cancellation of the order (over an hour of waiting). Reason: The restaurant is about to close. Curiosity. Orders are placed before 7 p.m. and the restaurant is open until 12 p.m. Since they knew they were going to close, they shouldn't take the order. 2. The restaurant has accepted the order. The courier had no information that something was waiting for him to be picked up. Cancelled order after more than 2 hours.

They add up, subtract additional articles as they see fit. The food is always cold, often the order does not match. They took 12 items from my cart, left 4, just added a grid without my knowledge and want to offer me another free delivery. The officials refused to identify themselves and provide the information to make written complaints against them, they had to wait me more than 1 hour because the carrier wanted to have a snack after getting my order, the compensation? 2 euros within the app xD , I already received bad orders, I already received 5 products in 2 giant plastic bags (only to sell), terrible service lousy service let me go to bankruptcy

I just downloaded the app and I can't like my location anywhere on the map, my cell phone is new and modern, I have the location on and not even that.
