Pairing with new device problems
So I've been using this app for a while and I thought it was pretty great, had some flaws, but overall good. The music light thing doesn't work very well and the help section doesn't give much help at all. The timer thing is only in military time(I don't mind it but it would be easier if you could between normal&military), and when I make a color it doesn't really match up to what it looks like irl, mainly brightness wise, but also color too. (🔴MAIN PROBLEM HERE!!!) When I got this app and had got my LEDs I was able to pair via the booklet + the QR code in the booklet, and then got rid of it once it was all setup. I then got a new phone and I can't pair my phone. Even if I scan the QR code on the white box part that is attached to the part that plugs into the wall, it just sends me to the AppStore where I see the HappyLighting app and doesn't connect me to Bluetooth. The part that I am very confused about is that it used to be able to connect to another led without scanning. I was at my friends house and I had my iPad (the first device I got this app on) and I was able to connect her LEDs to my app; No scanning needed, No booklet. I then tried to do it on my phone but the device won't show up in my Bluetooth section. After all this I thought, “Oh I'll just email the customer services”, and tried to find an email until I found out that there isn't one. Might be a thing with my LEDs themselves but the app could at least have a little something to help.

The lights
Hi so I have these for a couple months have the app and everything I can change the color on my phone which I usually use but the thing is when I plugged it in and I tried to change the color it's not like working and I like everything I used to remote, but still not working I unplugged it. I plugged it back in. I don't know what to do.
