Helpful But Lacking Apple Health Support
I have two clinics that use Healow and for what I use it for, the UI is ok. What is annoying for an app like this is the lack of Apple Health or tracking support. If the core of my health information is done through Healow, it would be nice if the information Apple has (like through the Apple Watch tracking) would be able to communicate with the Healow app.

Very bad user experience
Not at all a modern UI design. Patients have to really dig through the app to figure out how to get stuff. There is no way to track a conversation with the doctor. All messages are new messages. Notifications are faulty and don't work.
