It had stopped working on its own, we became aware of it when we heard noise from the refrigerator. As of now, when I want to log in to the system, I get a "forbidden" warning. I'll wait a while and try again. If it doesn't work, I will appeal to the consumer court. Because the product is wi-fi enabled and marketed with app support.

How can an app made by Bosch lose a Bosch appliance in the same kitchen with the same network?

App is getting cluttered.
New circular ‘ad-buttons' in the app since the newest update! The app is getting bloated and ugly I hate what companies are doing nowadays. Will never buy smart appliances because of this.

Use app for Cookit, is rather semi
The app basically connects to the Cookit and works so far. The operation and menu control takes a bit of getting used to. Unfortunately, you can't filter well, or only pick out recipes for 6 people, for example. It would be great if there was an automatic conversion of the recipes for the corresponding number of people. What doesn't work properly at all is allowing multiple people to access the Cookit. Basically, you can send invitations, but strangely enough only with SuperUser rights, which is a bit strange, because our children are not supposed to have them. Furthermore, the users also like to disappear in the list, or do not work correctly.

OK, but
Integration of the new Neff dishwasher into the home network without any problems. However, I had hoped for more from the app, e.g. how often the machine was already running, how high the water and electricity consumption was. Instead, the app shows me that my tabs are running low... if I have entered the current actual stock before. If I want to know if I need to buy Tabse, I look in the package.

Simply-cookit has recipes with and without QR codes. Only those with a QR code can be used in the app. Also, recipes list were not visible to the user in the app. Clearly, not much thought has been given to the development. Market leader Thermomix is miles away...

Not bad, very bad!! Unable to access remote control from a cellular connection. The dishwasher cannot connect to the Home connect server. On the other hand, no worries on the local network with wifi. So I call the after-sales service, and they offer me a paid technician appointment on a 6-month device or a call to a paid 0825, "because you understand, it's wifi...". I get the number of the customer: understanding, a technician will call me back. I'm still waiting...
