I think it's a pity that you partially restrict the contact request for paying users. This is particularly unfair for people with low incomes. It's not about a personal phone number, just the possibility to contact via app.

Disgusting app. Worked for 2 days. That is why you need to enter a password. I enter the password. It says that the password is incorrect. I click Forgot password. I enter the old password as a new password. And the system writes - so this is your valid password. Why can't I log in to my account with a valid password? The internal assistant replied that there was nothing he could do to help.

this app is just great, you can find so many apartments or houses 😉 but you don't always have what you want. More often than not, there are simply more expensive things or things that are too big, the rent or the warm rent are normal, yes, but it is often quite expensive

Take advantage of location
Housing shortages are being exploited. A lot of money for little performance. App is flooded with scam profiles. Filters don't work well, so the search shows masses of unsuitable apartments. Since I also rent, I know that advertisements are not cheap either. So it's triple earned. With the ad, with the users and with the data of the users. You might expect a little more power.

Options for the pop-up that asks you to rate are ask later, don't rate or rate 5 stars. I rate it with one star because Mieter+ is outrageously expensive and you can't contact many landlords without a subscription.

Paid version is unfair
I've been actively looking for an apartment for a few weeks now, student, and I just can't afford an apartment with 800€ warm. There are few, but most of the ones that are eligible, I can't contact at all if I don't have a paid version. I think that's inhumane and unfair, especially if it's already a cheap apartment and you have to spend extra money to contact something. And it's not even guaranteed that you'll get the apartment. I won't be using the app in the future. That's an impudence.
