Terrible app. Running on Android TV. Keeps dropping internet connection. Have to force close app to resume. So frustrating

Buffering issues galore. On my TV it's not so bad, the adverts sometimes play, sometimes it's just a black screen. On the mobile app it's buffering like crazy and restarts the episodes, even if I had 5mins left.

Lag between adverts and the program starting. Major downside is that 'continue watching' gets wiped if you haven't watched in a while

I only got Britbox for the classic Dr Who and it was great as I like to have it on as I fall asleep. ITVX it appears it's unable to autoplay when casting and as Dr Who really is the main reason I have it I don't really see any point in keeping the account! Come on ITVX I don't have this problem with any other streaming app! Why are you incapable of making it work, I pay for premium and don't feel in getting a premium service.

Always loved ITVX app and never had any issues, until the latest update! Now after every advert it freezes and I have to come out of the episode I'm watching, refresh, go back to the episode and fast forward to where it left. Very frustrating!!!
