One flaw that i’ve identified
This is a great app in all but one respect. However, there is no way to tell other than to walk in to know if labs have been ordered by one's doctor without consultation unless notified by a human-generated message. Kaiser staff have better things to do than send such messages. As an example, I have lab orders from a specific dr related to a chronic ailment. I am unaware at the moment if one specific order needs to be completed. it is a painful ordeal to travel to the lab and if I were told there's no orders, I would have endured pain and fatigued myself for no reason. A notification would solve that issue. Or a section of the app's care paragraphs titled “Lab work to complete” would be even better.

HORRIBLE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
it asks you so many questions to book an appointment and each one loads slowly. the appointments only show 1-2 days out. There's no way to specify the date you want the appointment. This is incredibly impractical for people with jobs that need to request time off in advance.

Garbage
App rarely finishes logging in. Just sits spinning at white screen. I can login on the site with no issue. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled multiple times and it didn't resolve this. I would give zero if possible.

I gave this App. One star because after I downloaded it. It never did anything. It just sits there. So I didn't even get use the App. So one star is not because there was anything wrong with the working of his App. Thank you.
