Worst App!! Was able to use the app to login but it randomly logged me out and was unable to use it while getting my food. Do better Knotts!!

App not working at all
Did the update and my passes disappeared I have no way of retrieving them on the app at all. The app is not acknowledging my account or my gold passes.

passes won't load places on the map are wrong and i can't add a their pass i keep getting errors crazy go back to the old version

It’s not that hard to make a functioning app…
The old app may have been “outdated” but at least it worked. I can never get my connected passes to load, nothing ever works right, why bother having mobile food order if you don't ever let us use that feature (hardly any of any at all are available for it). Overall a huge miss and really just a waste of space on my phone. All of the useless info loads just fine on the home screen, but nothing you ever actually need. Try harder.

Worst update. App is useless
I used to enjoy the app. It wasn't perfect, but it stored my family's passes for use at the gate. Now it is useless. Login and the passes are there. Come back 10 minutes later, and they aren't. It's constant game of “will they be there?” with this app.

Passes don’t show up sometimes
When I open the app to see my passes they don't always show up. This could slow down the line when entering in the park, I bring my actual cards but I'm sure there's other people that don't and end up getting stuck at the turnstiles waiting for their passes to show up. Also, it would be nice to be able to order food on the app from places inside the park!

Never works correctly
I've had this app since they offered it updated it. My pass used to be on there. It keeps disappearing and when I try to re-add it it says numbers wrong then it claims that there's an update correct all this this app is just so much problems they try to promote it, but it never works correctly disappointed
