Remote Play is connected, but it doesn't turn off
As the title suggests, when the controller and the remote play application are connected at the same time, "Remote Play is connected" is displayed in the center of the screen. And no matter what you do, it doesn't go away. Could you really do something about this? We look forward to a quick response if possible. Other than that, it's easy to use......

Missing stuff
To be able to organize the trophies. I find it incredible that from the psvita I can do that and on the ps5 I can't do it even in the app...

I changed my email in psn and now it is impossible to log in the app I had so many issues with your services guys game pass looks very nice so I will pick a cheap and cool xbox instead of expensive and weak ps5 I gave you so many chances, sony and yeah, real ones still wait for psp2, not an awfull screen mirror scam controller at least this distant download feature works well, and chat is ok so its 2 stars

Video download on PlayStation that can't be sent to the phone via a ps4 (
It's a shame that on ps4 we can't see from the app the downloaded videos that we had taken directly on the app to allow us to send it to our phone or tablet. I know this is possible on PS5 but not on PS4 and it's still a real shame.

I just downloaded this app to enter my account on my phone, but every time I enter my password that I've entered many times on PlayStation before it wont work the email address is correct too! Why??

App 10 / On iPad I can't use it due to recurring crash
The app is pretty cool, pretty simple and easy to use, however I can't use it on my iPad, this is the only app that crashes all the time to the point where I can't see any game trailers or perform searches. I don't see what's new because the app crashes and the iPad ends up restarting or exiting the app.

Don't log out without permission.
If you don't open the app for a while, you will be logged out without permission and your password will be locked and you will be forced to change it. However, I didn't receive the change email. Are you willing to let me use it?
