I couldn't get past the password requirement. I just wanted to see if it had the brand of wine I wanted. I didn't want to create a password just for that. Stupid requirement. From the bad reviews I've read, it sounds like IT doesn't care. Too bad. Kroger is a NICE store. It has a lovely atmosphere, and they carry items most stores do not have.

Kroger's online ordering app was a lifeline during the pandemic, but it is SO BAD. Constant glitches that toss you out and make you sign in again, search function for substitutes is all but useless, bizarre limits for coupons. It's an absolute embarrassment for one of the largest grocery chains in the country. I hope their stores are better managed than this app!

WORST APP EVER MADE!!!!! Takes 10 to 15 minutes to log into the prescription portion of it. Always get at least 7-8 failures to log in. Keep getting a failure to complete authorization.... And their automated phone service is just as bad!!!

Can't even get into my prescriptions. And by the 1 and 2 star rating's no one else can either! Go back to the original version.the last update trashed everything.

The app is poor, our local store and its "customer service" is also poor. The local employees are lazy and lacking people skills. Apparently a genuine work ethic, customer service skills, and kindness have been removed from the "Required Skills" section of job descriptions all over the world.

I have tried to install the new app for several hours and all it does is scroll. It never downloads completely. I don't know how you expect people to shop your store for values if we cannot download the app. I guess people will have to go somewhere else to buy groceries. Kroger has really messed up.

Navigation sucks. It also loads extremely slowly. I do use it but i don't like it.
