This service does not try to understand you when you have a problem. They will simply take a direct debit from your bank account! Disappointing.

I had a reservation for 9:30 pm and clicked check-in when I arrived. The app said they are preparing the car and will deliver in a few minutes, even showing a 5 minutes countdown. No one appeared, even after I tried resending the notification several times. Calling customer service put me on hold saying the next agent will respond in 1 minutes. Turns out all of this is a failure because the location where I was picking up closes at 9:30, and customer service also closed at 10. Fail!

PREDATORY PRACTICE
So I rented a vehicle and I've had it for about 5 days now, I went ahead and tried to extend the vehicle and apparently I'm not able to even tho it's a whole day in advance? Contacted support and they said it's to be “nice” to new users. I have never seen such a practice. Why would you pre-rent out a car someone is currently using? What if something happened and they HAD to keep it, along with the “DYNAMIC” prices based on availability; I would just steer clear from this app; they hold onto your $300 deposit for far longer than other companies, when I went to pick up the car the surfer was lagging to get it all done when it should've been done before I got there since I already paid for the flipping car to be ready! This place is designed to look good and what not with the streamlined process, but it's actually candy coated poison. RUN! CHOOSE ELSEWHERE! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CURRENT USERS. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK OR SPEAKING GOOD OF THIS COMPANY IF ASKED ABOUT IT

Renting from kyte at LAX is not a good experience. You need to take a shuttle and an Uber to get to the car pickup. Not worth the slight cost advantage. If you tip the car delivery person (or the Uber driver) .. cost advantage is gone. The vehicle I reserved was not available and I had to wait five hours or downgrade. I would not use this app or service again.

Flawed account & ID verification process, poor app chat
Account setup and verification process is flawed and does not link actual name, email, and ID correctly. No ability to change or update these details without you having to delete your account which also permanently closes that account and email. The unique identifier seems to be your ID and not email and triggers duplicate account errors. In-app chat struggles - truncates messages, and super slow, seems like a memory issue or inefficiency. App and process needs a lot more work, testing of use cases, etc
