I really liked the app, I had been using his routines for more than a week, his morning routine, the training for beginners and stretching to sleep but now the application doesn't want to open it, I lost all my progress and I can't do routine, I really like the app, I wouldn't want to have to replace it:(

Loving this!
I gave it four stars cause I question the amount of calories I burn when only working out for about 20 mins, it shows around 350 but that seems like a lot?? Otherwise I feel the burn & enjoy the Advanced Lose Ab workout! Amber

Can't set the exercises to countdown instead of repetitions for your own programs. Edit: It's not an option on plans that I create.
