So far it was great, after update my login is gone and when logging in my loyalty points are gone, had almost 3000, today I wanted to order again, I noticed it !! They definitely didn't expire, as the next ones wouldn't have expired until November

In itself, the app works quite well, even if I have to say that it could remember my preferences at some point. e.g. that I always pay cash. Furthermore, I would be happy about coupons that are tailored to the user instead of constantly being shown menus that I would never buy. Last but not least, I have to say that McD has to get back on the ground. The prices are now so high that you can no longer talk about fast food here.

Currently crashing, losing credentials after updates. Very useful when you're on the road... Would have expected more from such a full-plug shop, the app apparently adapts to the quality of the food... 04.2024 Login doesn't work anymore, no coupons, no MC Donald's visit, bad luck. Get to grips with your app...

Registration not possible. App always jumps to registration, which is then not possible because the e-mail address is of course already taken. Annoying! It used to work fine, but since the last update, the app just isn't usable anymore. Android version.

Waiting snail and constant crashes. Also, the app activates itself when I turn on the location. Just annoying.

Absolutely ridiculous! These so called "coupons" are just offendingly bad. The customer is getting nothing of value in comparison to back when we got real coupons in our mail box every few months. This app is offering NOTHING that is even worth the time of registering and using it. And it got even worse over the last 6 years. As if this terribly small food is worth a tenth of the price they ruthlessly raised several times, they don't even offer to get more of junkfood for these greedy prices.
