Once you get into the app it's fine. There is no option to save your login/ password when you login, and it ALWAYS bypasses the login when I start it. It always takes me to the Creat a New Account with a Pin number page every time I start it! I use this daily so this is annoying every day!

It's great to be able to continue my exercises at home. Previously I would forget what I was supposed to continue, but this program reminds me. A couple glitches tho. 5 seconds is NOT a rest between exercises, so i have to pause then restart. A little annoying. And a couple are to fast, can't finish the reps in the time allowed. And a couple are too long, I finish in half the time. But minor issues.

While using the app, a person can not only see the list of exercises to use. But a person can actually follow along with a video, showing each exercise. There's just no pause in between exercises, and no way to pause the video, in case of an interruption.

Review
App is a good idea. However, the functionality needs to improve. For example, many of the exercises are designed to work on a single limb. However, if, for example, both legs need work, it doesn't seem like the app is designed to accommodate that. I'm exercising both calves but the app only lets me do one of the time. I'm required to restart the app a second time to do the other leg. Maybe it's just me or maybe I just don't understand the functionality. Room for improvement? Thanks!

Good but keeps reseting my order of excersizes. Can't seem to save them in the order I want.

Ok app but funky math
The general concept of the app is great - I like how my PT loads the exercises herself, I like tracking what I do at home, I like the video examples and I like the reminder feature. What I can't understand is where the allotted times for the exercises are coming from. Sometimes I'll have ten reps with a ten second hold, and get 60 seconds total for the set; other exercises with the same parameters are given over five minutes. Fix that and it's 5/5.

Good app. But not a lot of granularity, I.E.,
You can't do fine motor adjustments.
