Why doesn’t this app support saved passwords from the keyboard?
Why doesn't this app support saved passwords from the keyboard? I have to go to saved passwords manually and copy & paste my password every time I log in. It's just we not to support this in 2023…

Count down
It would be really helpful if there was a voice count option. I'm never sure if I going too fast or too slow. On the exercises that are to be held for 30, why is the timer for 8 or 10 seconds. It is inconvenient to have to push the pause button in the middle of an exercise.

2 things preventing me from using the app: 1) you have to re-enter your password every time you open it. There is only the option to sign in using device authentication credentials, but I don't do that on my phone. Even banking apps let you save a password in the log-in screen. 2) It doesn't let you choose a time when logging a session. So if I forget to log a morning session until I do another in the evening, it'll log 2 evening sessions. I'd like to be able to track progress more accurately.

The app keeps blinking between movement, making it too hard to watch
This is been an issue for over two years. I've tried to contact support and nothing ever changes. In between certain exercises, like the bridge or back and neck support, the app finally blinks between each movement very castrating to watch. So I have to do it without working with the video which was the whole point.

Frustrated
I find the inability to go back to a day or event and change the time so frustrating. Sometimes, I don't have my iPad with me, but I do my exercises, then say at 12:06 am I go to add both of those events they are added to the next day, because of course it is now the next day. But I want to be able to list them on the correct day. I can not find anyway to do that! So if it is possible at all, it sure as heck isn't easy to find.

Love the Help it Gives
I love having the app talk me through the exercises. However the timing isn't always correct. For example knee stretches. 3 reps each knee and the time slotted is 41 seconds. But I've learned how to work around these things, and the app is very helpful.

Timing
I appreciate the access to the videos. The only awkward part is the timing. I constantly have to stop, pause, rewind videos, because the accounts don't correspond with live stretching time. .

Needs improvement
1. No apparent ability to do exercises on both sides 2. Times to hold stretches don't match hold times shown. 3. Should automatically pause between exercises so you can grab resistance band, or stretch band, or change position, etc. The program could prompt you every 30 seconds to resume your exercises
