Extremely unstable
Mercedes apps have become incredibly unstable. There has been a deterioration in the last six months, which also applies to the infotainment system in the car. There seem to be major problems in software development within MB.

Unfortunately yesterday it worked very well, from today even if I enter the exact phone number to log in, it gives me a generic error message and to try again. I don't know how to do it anymore.

No to the new interface
Very bad is the new home screen that puts the autonomy above and below the remote control keys that you never use. Trip data, tyre pressure, vehicle status, etc. must be returned

It would still be desirable if you could also control the parking heater via the app, unfortunately this is only possible via Bluetooth via MBAC! then 5 stars would also be justified.

You pay tens of thousands euros for a car and you get this very buggy app. The most recent one: remote control package expired. It was less than 24 hours until I bought it again. During this period, my profile was ok. After I bought it again, my profile restored to factory defaults for vehicle settings and all saved radio stations were deleted. I tried to buy this package with one month subscription, but an error keept poppping up. And a lot more (limited space; cannot write all problems).

It no longer communicates remotely with the 3G module. After the three-year subscription expired, I was no longer allowed to renew because my 2018 [phone]matic has the 3G module. Other car manufacturers allow the module to be updated, while Mercedes-Benz does not provide it in my case. I will never buy a Mercedes-Benz again. You buy the car convinced that you have a vehicle that will keep up with the times on a technological level, but instead it is like having an old phone that cannot be updated
