Microsoft Defender is quite aggravating. It doesn't just hide network traffic, it blocks network traffic entirely. Google One's VPN is exclusive to Pixel now, and Microsoft Defender refuses to let other apps, including Microsoft's apps, from functioning for as long as it is active. Terrible.
