Internet doesn't work
Last week several times in the evening no internet or bad internet, stuttering TV, if you want to report it you get the fantastic app that fixes it remotely. Not so it hangs modem says time out on traceroute to google. All malfunctions indicates malfunction, kpn says no malfunction I am getting tired of it to death pay more than 120 per month, fix it please.

What a pity
Switch from ziggo to kpn went well But app works badly I keep popping up Keeping curious about your order while everything is already installed Because of the pop up, the rest doesn't work either

a laggy unusable mess , trying to turn the led of a wifi repeater off , was not able to , the KPN thuis app is better , but doesn't work anymore!

I received an email about a free voucher for a Pathé Thuis film that I can 'easily' request in the MyKPN app. It's just not anywhere in the app. It's on-is-on action so it has to be fast but can't request anything in terms of code in the app. What's next?

Worthless app
Why can't the app turn on and off the blockades such as blocking 0900 numbers! For that, you have to call customer service! Ridiculous! Check the boxes in the app that you can arrange this yourself!
