The app closes on its own when I press "connect". For more than a month, this problem has been present despite numerous updates. What are you doing? Yawning at crows? 2024 they're not screwed to lay an app that works. 0/5

Impardonnable

In this day and age when we talk about dematerialization and ecology, this application is not able to accept documents or photos sent by an iPhone 15 pro Max! All my documents are clearly visible before sending, and two days later I receive an email to tell me that all the documents sent are rejected. It's been going on for months and I'm forced to send paper documents, hello progress! On Thursday, April 11, 2024, my documents are rejected again by an outdated system! Accept different formats for greater compatibility. I rate 1 star because I can't put a dotted zero. To find a job, you have to make an appointment! Yes, work is by appointment. At the time, we came to the ANPE when we wanted the doors were open, today Pôle emploi, then France Travail for what? To regress and not be in tune with the times. Shabby this application as much as on a pc, it is impossible to connect it seems that it is done on purpose so that we lose our data, impossible to recover the mdp or the username, in short a waste of time.

Works well... but not always 😩 "A mistake has occurred" is often displayed right in the middle of what we are trying to do. And for pity's sake: stop with your unreadable PDF messaging on mobile!!

I can no longer log in to your m€#&€ application while the browser interface works fine. Can't send the error report either, it's ridiculous. The unemployed are not already in the gravy enough to deal with such absurdities.
