Bad the wea made me lose all my photos and memories that I had in wsp and I couldn't recover anything. A waste of 2 days of time and disastrous service. Does anyone know how I can recover wsp photos? They simply vanished into thin air in the handover and also disappeared from the android. BAD SERVICE!!

Horrible! I tried about 10x and couldn't. The last time it took 48 hours and simesme and crashed with 24 minutes to go. Joke!

What a disaster. 2 attempts and over 3 hours each for basic data transfer. Apple come on... you can do better. This makes me wonder why Android is so widely used and so easy to manage. And, now I know why people don't shift from the iOS eco system... cause it's so difficult to set and move out off. Quite a frustrating experience to say the least.

No me fue posible hacer el respaldo. Primero se tardó como 8 horas en hacer el primer respaldo y ya cuando lo estaba cargando en WhatsApp cuando iba al 40% marco error y de ahí no se pudo realizar el respaldo.
