Contributing lyrics is a nightmare
I've tried adding lyrics to my own artist profile I've claimed in this app and it's honestly been awful. Writing down the lyrics take some time. Going over to sync them with good timing takes more time. But I've learned the hard way to be EXTREMELY CAREFUL because if the song finishes playing and loops back in the sync window, all the lyrics and syncing disappears. Completely. And you have to start all over again from scratch. Today I tried to save my lyrics without sync and got an error message which meant it wouldn't save. The support guide to me to try multiple times but no luck. I had to navigate through 10 questions of support form before I was able reach support to explain the problem. That was a chore in and of itself. There are so many bugs. All I wanna do is add my lyrics to my songs but with the way this service acts now I need to dedicate hours to get anywhere.

Super buggy
App gets progressively worse with every update. To sync a song, sometimes requires you to submit it twice when it used to work properly from before. The app also guzzles battery like crazy, I'm on an iPhone 14 and this thing gets hot as if I was on a fast charger. Same thing happened to my previous iPhone (SE2) using this app as well. Musixmatch apparently seems to be on fire right now since you also cannot submit any lyrics at all without some error popping up.

PLEASE. GET. THE. APP. WORKING.
It would be a cool app. If it ever actually worked. It's great that it instantly syncs with Spotify when I open it. That's about the only good thing I can say about it. I bet syncing or adding lyrics would be pretty cool but I wouldn't know, the app freezes every single time. Literally every time. On the very VERY few occasions I actually am able to start contributing, the app will crash before I get to complete my contribution therefore restarting this vicious cycle once more. Please, just fix the app so that it's actually functioning beyond just opening.

A premium subscription supposedly gives you access to offline lyrics, however it doesn't work at all. Despite claiming a song is saved offline, if you're actually offline there is no way to even select the song because all parts of the app just complain that you are offline. In fact, I can only find very few of the features advertised as being part of premium.

I paid Musixmatch pro and it was never possible for me to verify my artist to upload his lyrics, I keep the non-paid version at least there it was possible
