App conveniently leaves out a "next" button to change your plan! They've lowered the price of my plan from $75 to $49 a month, but when trying to change to the new rate, there's no way to confirm your choice. They're not one of the the richest companies in the world for nothing.

Horrible!!! There's hidden fees that were never mentioned to you at the time of purchase. My line has been disconnected twice since I've became a member! I have a fixed income due to a disability and they won't work with you!!! I will never use them again!!! I am looking forward to finishing paying off the bill to transfer out!!

I switched from Verizon, because the just give you or put extra service with out your permission then at Costco AT&T .They promised me I going to pay less with better service and with new phone, since the beginning I should pay 170 for 4 lines instead 180 on Verizon and when all the promotions happen I will pay 109 My first bill was 220 only for 3 lines , the line I did not buy new phone charger me insurance for the old phone .I call customer service 2 , nothing happened, still auto pay

Trying to speak to customer service is terrible..nobody answers the phone and you can't even get a response when trying to communicate through a chat

You can see everything you don't need but can't see what you're looking for. The app offers to create payment options, but don't go anywhere. Customer service can't be reached from the app if you're suspended, and there's no way you can get help if you have an issue with your invoice.

Poor cell phone service.When i first got my at&t phones they worked great now the service is bad.Dropped phone calls the internet takes forever to search.I am considering a new phone company i have 5 phones with at&t on the post op plan and one on prepaid all of the phones have worse service than when i first got with at&t.I'm very disappointed with at&t lately. Hopefully they can figure out what's going on before i go to another phone company.
