difficult to review multiple appointments
Extremely time consuming to review my appointment list. Once I clicked on “x”, it goes back to the very first page “message” to start over. User unfriendly.

it is an okay app. I don't like how confusing it is to move from patient to patient ( my kids are on my account). also the messaging system is weird. I don't like how appointment reminders don't show up in the inbox.

Poor programming
Get a message from you and it takes you to conversations. Can't get the message to attach photos without getting an error message. Poor programming!

For being in the health care business they really don't seem to take into account tour health affecting your abilities. There is no assistance for the sight impaired.

Frequent Messages/login or working
Tying to read messages BUT KEEP GETTING SPIN OF DEATH trying to change messages. Back button doesn't work usually have to restart app! Been at this for 30 minutes on Sunday. You have too many changes from the original software. This causes errors or wait times. Most changes are just unnecessary!
