Limited in
The app is great for one-way communication to the patient, but terrible if the patient has a question about the presented information. I had two letters arrive saying a referral was approved. I didn't know of any referrals. I called my doctor and the hospital. They passed the buck until someone in scheduling hung up on me instead of transferring the call. Again, great for one-way communication, but there's no way to verify or question anything in your chart.

Connection problems
My chart used to be seamless with my doctors at Eisenhower and my doctor at UCLA. But now there are connection/ account problems and it really is making it hard for the doctors to communicate. Or for me to communicate with the doctors. I hope you can fix this problem.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?
This app, and the website, have gone down the toilet! I can't load organization to be able to add them. It just perpetually loads, but never actually does. I've updated and it still says update. My son has deleted and reinstalled twice and can't get it to work. We used this for years without issues but whatever you guys did or didn't do to work with iPhones is a huge problem. The app doesn't work anymore!!! These are my medical records, for goodness sakes!!!!

Trying to get a prescription refilled
I do not understand why it is so hard to get a prescription refilled. I can only go on the medication‘s tab. You will not allow any other way to request a new prescription when I go into the medication tab the medication I need is not listed so I have no idea how to, notify the doctors office that I need a refill on Lipitor
