Was doing great for a long time. Now at least twice a week I get a notification that I have a message from MyChart yet when I check there is no message which is disappointing as I am awaiting a message from my cardiologist.

Apple Health App Link
Had to give this app a poor rating because of a lack of features. I'm not sure if this is the app developer's fault, TriHealth or MyChart but as of this review there is no way to add my MyChart health records to the Apple Health App. I would like to use the native Apple app for all of my heath records because it has a better user interface, it already contains a few of my old records so they will all be in one place, these records will easily move with me to new phones that I get in the future and lastly I trust Apple to handle my data better than this app. Until I am able to add my Trihealth MyChart health records to the native Apple Health app this MyChart will get a poor rating from me.

I tried opening a support case but they told me to contact the health providers tech support myself. The issue is with the app development. When trying to add a bank account there is no submit button, I even sent screen shots to their support. I was able to do it on the website but I thought I would be nice and help get it fixed for other ppl.

Why ruin an app that was working well with redesigned??? The app now wants me to upgrade. I then go to my app store and there is no update or upgrade. FIX THIS ASAP!!! Many of us rely on this app daily or weekly to communicate with their doctor's. Especially those of us with severe disease we need a functioning "My Chart" app!

Can’t link Apple Watch
I'm trying to link my Apple Watch to my chart, every time I try I get a “link failed” on the app under settings. The app is installed on my watch and I'm following directions. Is this a known bug?
