Impossible to make an appointment if I can't log in.

Please update the app so that it works with Microsoft Authenticator on the latest version of Android. It's annoying that I have to go into authenticator and copy and paste my password out of it into Cignas app. Other apps don't have this problem and support Authenticators auto fill. Edit: As a work around I've found the biometric feature. This will suffice for now.

Nearly impossible to get help
There's no way to communicate with Cigna other than the a chat feature with very limited functionality. Your question is limited to 255 characters. It's impossible to go back and edit as you're entering your question. If Cigna agents don't respond within a few minutes the chat closes automatically.

Glitches, password requirements are ridiculous, not able to store log in on phone. Glitches when you try to reset log in, OK if you can get into it but ridiculous security and not user friendly

Simply incorrect info in their search for any providers. Whether the office is accepting new patients or not or even the location is inaccurate. Should have an area where this can be suggested as a correction.

Very slow, doesn't always load. It tried to make me set up 2 factor authentication, but I didn't get the email, and it wouldn't let me request a new one (even though there was an option saying I could in 60 sec). I closed the app then came back in. I didn't mention it again. This app needs work, especially since this is the main way they deliver insurance cards.
