something is VERY wrong with the bluetooth implementation. The BLE fails whenever the regular BT is active. This is quite often. Scroll on X and every video post that becomes visible will stop the phonak audio setting. Even when you never touch or open that video. In A concert Building (music performance) with different wifi, connection failed for 1hr. Recommendation in help is to set audio on on smartphone, to allow for location detection, to reload the APP, none of this is allowed there.

no one picked up for more than 5 minutes, not even courtesy enough to say I was 27th inline and it would be 30 minutes, would like a call back? pathetic with modern AI and computer controlled!

Problem after problem and unable to find help from PHONAK. It's all on their app which is not all in French. They think that all users are 20 years old and have mastered AI, which they themselves do not master!! Hearing care professionals/salespeople are no more in touch than we are. On the other hand, we pay and not all of them are reimbursed by insurance companies (Swiss for example). So one star is still too much, considering the after-sales service of phonak, a SWISS company!!!

The coupling of the hearing aids is rubbish!! You can't offer something like that these days. I'll never buy Phonak again!!
