Lack of Locations
Scheduling at a Quest/ACL location is generally easy. The app does list a LOT of locations that are affiliated, but online scheduling is not possible.

Insurance
Won't accept Insurance info. Medicare and AARP UHC, both of which you already have. I'll bring my info to appt. Waste of time trying to submit in app.

I hate quest
The staff at the location are awesome but everything about how Quest structures their practices is absolutely anti customer. It is difficult for older folks to manage on line applications and there is no service rep to speak to if you are having difficulty. Quest is horrible.

Impossible to connect orders with appointments UNLESS you schedule the AFTER the orders are submitted. Also, no way to check if orders were active until you head into the Quest office and get the bad news the orders aren't there.

Worst app. Will not let you verify identity or pay bill. Continually says error or cannot go to billing website. So frustrating to even pay a bill!
