This app literally does nothing. What a useless requirement to access the hardware you rent from them. Requiring an intermediary between an intermediary for your service when 192.168.1.1 default gateway was STANDARD and simple for networking administration.

Spectrum is a rip off. I'm supposed to get 300 and only have been getting 188-240. But I'm paying full price for their lousy Internet service. Don't bother with Spectrum, they will rip you off and play head games.

spectrum is okay. some of their service is spotty. some of their prices are high. the one thing I don't like about spectrum is the same thing. I don't like about all these other questionnaires. while I try to take care of business and pay my bills and keep asking me what I think of their app keep asking me and I'm liable to tell you.

Spectrum sucks. They will hid clauses in your contacts and jack your rates up when you don't expect it.

App is jacked up and been showing being being worked on for 24 hours..still not up. In the meantime it left my my phone vulnerable, allowed attackers to sweep right in as it knocked my VPN off of course and this app is showing as malicious by Norton 360 and caused infection and not connect to their network / no Wi-Fi. Called them and they are "working on it" that was 6 hours ago.
