This site is not secure I was hacked and 17 devices was on my account and I had to delete them all because my TV on my phone would not work and then I got a phone from spectrum mobile and it didn't work so I'm trying to send it back and they said I had till the 12th of that month to send it back and then they changed it till I had till the 2nd of the month so because of the discrepancy they are still trying to charge me for the phone and I don't use the phone never have and I still have it and t

Super annoying. This app is constantly pushing alerts (that cant be disabled) trying to toggle my wifi for no reason.

This app does not notify me about upcoming bills. This app will not let me reset my router and now the app does not let me log in. It loads the welcome screen and as soon as I click on anything it crashes.

The app won't even allow me to log in. I've been dealing with this for almost a month. I try to sign in, but it says it can't finish signing me in and I have to use the website. Please fix this!

So far I like this app. Makes payments easy and I get notifications when bill's are due and when someone connects to my wifi. Would recommend.

Old App was far better. APP States " unable to process payment - try later" over and over. Used to be able to test, troubleshoot and reset all your equipment from the app. Tells you to call a number- why waste your time on an app when you should've just called.

Spectrum has decided to completely remove the router sign in page and replace it with a QR code to download this stupid app. Something as simple as changing your WiFi channel is now locked behind downloading the app and contacting support, as it is considered such an "advanced" feature that customers can't be trusted with it as they apparently couldn't handle complaints when people would mess with settings they had no idea about. I hate you Spectrum, I hope your company goes bankrupt
