I'm not able to access any accounts because I immediately get asked to link accounts. OTP number is no longer in use, so I'm not able to access anything. Can you please include an OTP to email. That could make most people rate this app much higher than your current average.

when I try to link account it keeps on logging me out. I have not even seen how the app looks like because it doesn't allow me. already tried 8 times and it's still logging out

Slow Authentication takes a while No benefits Perfect if your router doesn't have a ussd option to recharge & etc...

Can almost never log in
No, it's not my internet connection. The app always says “if its not you, its us”. I can log in maybe once every 10-20 tries.

Worst app ever!!!! It being so well known around for so many years, the usage of this app is really PATHETIC. It is my first time using it and the time it takes to log in, actually do something, is EXTREMELY LONG! one can never do without frustration! Dissapointing to say the least!
