It's a nightmare to use and it's servers crash non stop, multi-billion dollar company can't even make a reasonable app for customers

I'm in a lot of trouble because everything is independent... The cell I'm with koodo, the telus AVec connected home. Yes, koodo and telus are the same thing... But the connection I'm not with telus but koodo the telus service is not everywhere. So when telus came installed connected home I didn't even have internet! Haha anyway I managed to untangle it all. The guy who was supposed to come and install it doesn't answer me. I call telus and he sends me a link so I can install it! Olala

Confused you guys want me to provide info for upgrade, I don't see anywhere to do that? Also is MyTelus the same as the security site, or what, I don't what to do or where to go. I have an installer coming tomorrow, and can't provide info anywhere! Get serious, we are not all 16 years old!!

Rarely works. Just spins most of the time. Cannot look at devices connected to wifi or anything even when t does decide to stop spinning. Useless app

"Try again later" Every. Single. Time. Completely useless for actually interacting with your account. I'd rather wait on the phone for an hour than deal with the frustration caused by this app.
