Password nightmare
It is almost impossible to change your password. On a computer no matter what I chose it would say that the password did t follow the rules. And, by the way, they have different rules than most companies. Then when I try to call customer service, I found no way to get to a person. Over the phone they sent an email that gives a code to use to change, but even after that it says it doesn't follow the rules. And I tried to call several times to try to talk to someone and couldn't. Finally I went to the app and tried. The only password that seemed to work was if I started it with a symbol. Finally I was able to change.

I never had any trouble making and paying with auto pay until now. All of a sudden, my auto pay keeps getting deactivated and has not been active in the last two payment cycles. I had issues with the fiance manager at Toyota House in Weatherford. I believe these problems may be associated with that. Anyway, they get 2 thumbs down.

scammed into a loan by a Toyota Dealship at a high interest rate and because the minimum loan they said had to be $5000 when all i needed was to go home and get more cash or use a debit card, I am paying double for a car with a loan that should never have been this much. I paid $2000 my first pmt yet a year later afterr paying extra almot every time my payoff amount is asinine and you do not get a break paying it off. never again!
