The app is broken. Again.
I am very happy with my Verizon home service. No complaints. But the Verizon app is buggy and annoying. Sometimes buttons don't work. It takes forever to load. Then the app shoves ads at you. And now, after the latest update, the app doesn't work at all. I am frankly amazed by this. Verizon provides quality home service. Why are they completely unable to make a decent app? It really shouldn't be that hard.

Poorer design!
Crashes less but requires many screens to see calls! Incoming or outgoing and time no longer show on calls screen and require going to another screen for EACH call to see about it! So lousy!

Bad!
You have so badly fiddled with my phone that I want to change to another company! I don't intend to learn about all these changes, And If u cannot get this phone back to my former operations then another phone company might be for me!! Please Perturbed Customer, Jacqueline F. Monohan

This app is a joke
I switched my home Internet and wireless service to Verizon a couple weeks ago. While it took several tries to get my phone number ported, I have had no issues with the wireless or home Internet. But I do have an issue with this app. I lost track of how many times we had to set up another user ID to try to get both my wireless and home Internet to show up in the app. I kind of think it works now, but there's no telling whether you're signed in or not.. Navigating the app is quite difficult… before I was able to completely log into the app, I was getting a bunch of advertisements for deals… Now that I'm able to sign in with a valid account, those deals seem to have disappeared. If you get lucky enough to have a customer service representative you could understand, they do try to help, but their efforts go nowhere since the application is unstable. I have been able to successfully sign on three or four times since the last customer service representative “fixed“ the issues, but it does take a few tries to get the right username and password entered on the right screen. But each time, I have to try a bunch of tricks sometimes uninstall the app and reinstall just to get logged in.

App is too buggy to use
Every time I have to add more data or some trivial thing it is endlessly complicated by your buggy app. I have to delete the app to do the same thing on web which sometimes works. I don't understand how a company this wealthy can produce such a pathetic app. Verizon is run by psychopaths.

It never lets me in, it never accepts the password,😤😤😤🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡 I tried to register again and it won't let me move forward for anything, it's an assscccooo of crap application

Over complicated
No support. Left to try to figure it out. No way to open trouble tickets. Still have to go to the Verizon store to get support.

Horrible app
Horrible app litterally ALWAYS “unavailable” legit NEVER works!! Have to go to local store to make sure my bill gets paid because I doubt this app even saved my auto pay info. Rediculous !!
