Nationwide Banking App - Latest Quality Issues

This app worked well until three months ago. Now, I am constantly having to reinstall, or I get messages of problems with app. I'm not impressed.

Used to be excellent (5 star) before the recent update to the new look, since then I've to reinstall it twice midway through transactions, it regularly crashes and I can only access my transaction intermittently depending on which the wind is blowing. Bring the old version back please!

Balance no longer refreshes during session and a relog event is required for correct balance to show if a transaction is made with the app logged into

After the last update have to restart on many occasions and pay via open banking fails adding to increased frustration! Feel like uninstalling the app and moving elsewhere, It's been several weeks now. Get it fixed or revert back!

Can never get on anymore the new update is absolutely terrible constantly saying service not available check our service status then tells you its fine but still can not get into the app!! The old system where it kept pending transactions separate to incoming deposits was alot better! Nearly want to change my bank over the hassle!

Just uploaded the so called latest minor bug fixes dated 01 05 2024 and guess what, still the same problem as many people have fed back on here to nationwide especially when clicking balance to view transactions immediately up pops error. This error is amateurish. I agree with many other posters on here... Give us the option of using the old app. Access to my account is fine on my home pc so why is the app so infuriating. Put your new logo on the old app and I'll be happy for another 7 years....

-- I've never used the app before. How do I start?
Tap the 'Get' button on the screen to download the app. Once downloaded, simply follow the instructions on screen. From there, all you'll need are your Nationwide account details or debit card and card reader and the app will help you finish setting up.

My app isn’t downloading
If your app isn’t downloading or seems to be stuck, to fix it:

    1.	Go to your phone’s settings and choose Apps > Google Play Store > Force stop 
    2.	Then choose Storage > Clear cache 
    3.	Try the update again.
